To be honesty

It is a traditional excellence that to be honesty has been cherished by us and our ancestors from past to present.Some modern individuals,especially young persons,however,don't believe this virtue any more.

Increasing students cheat in exams;more and more illegal traders deceive the purchasers by selling them inferior and fake goods and products;even an army of high side-effect drugs have been being used to cure the patients ,who extremely desire healing,just for reaping huge profits in a few hospitals.

Although to be honesty is gradually negatived ,it is a rewarding thing to embrace cordiality and faithfulness.Because eventually we will realize there is no doubt that to be honesty will benefit ourselves.A wicked profit we gain is absolutely short-lived and immoral,and a win-win situation is a available and wonderful strategy that we should pursue.Only in this way could our society become more stable and harmonious constantly.

Dear sir,
    I'm a regular and faithful reader of your notable newspaper,and what I desire telling you is a thing that I feel extremely indignant.
   
    Last saturday,I went into a small bookstore and suddently found that a famous english-chinese dictionary I had been dreaming of was on sale.Soon I bought it and indulged myself into full joyes while I was back to home.But it was so disappointed with me when I opened the dictionary and was ready to read,roughly printed,millions of mistakes,even some pages missed.At that time I felt like a bason of ice water poured upon my head.
   
     I rushed back to the store and complained about the awful qualities to the bookseller,but she argued that she was no responsible for these faults and the publisher should be condemned,and declined to my request for refunding money.
   
    The purpose I write to you ,actually,is not to give vent to my intensive anger and dissatisfaction,but to appear to the service industry to enhance its level of quality.The service industry should pour more attention into catering for the needs of consumers.Only doing it like this,our honesty and credit could have been sharpened continually.

There is a dramatic changes in the ownership of houses in city of Shanghai during 1990-2000.As manifested by the chart above,the rate of stated-owned houses was up to seventy-five percent and three times as many as that of private houses in 1990;five years later,nonetheless,the gap between two datas was not apparent any more;by 2000, what surprised us was that the rate of private houses was up to(mount to) eight percent and far beyond that of state-owned houses.

Actually,it is not a hap concerning this phenomenon,and there are several reasons behind this trend.for one thing,people's life(living) standards and capacities of purchase have had a notable improvement;for another,the policies and regulations about houses have increasingly tilted to individuals in recent years;the most important reason,as far as I am concerned,is that the state-owned houses could no longer cater for growing citizens who eagerly desiring possessing(desire to possess) their own houses,which they can freely decorate it(them) and put it(them) on sale at any time.

This tremendous variety brings an army of impacts in both individuals and society.For individuals,increasing young people begin not to wanna live with their parents after married,but to
desire having(to have) a relatively independent and free room when they have abilities to realize it;for society,the pattern of conventional big family have/has been broke through and directly results in the emergence of more small families.

Reduce waste on campus
 

Nowadays,in some universities there is a increasingly severe problem of wasting many kinds of resources.Some students often don't turn the tap off after washing hands in toilet;the lamps light on all days in dorms,and many of them fling food what they don't like ,and so forth.

It is commonly acknowledged that waste is harmful to both our country and ourselves.Millions of natural resources just like mines,water,and forests are gradually exhausted,bit by bit;Very soon we have to face the shortages of more resources;moreover,this undesirable custom will change us from economical to extravagant.

Therefore,an army of measures we should take to resist wasting anything what benefits us;it is not just a responsibility,but also a obligation to realize it for both ourselves and our descendents.Only in this way can we have a bright and hopeful future.
