Listen you guys, have you try using them?
Many of you have the typical response of "背下來", or "抄了", but have you try using them?
You will learn nothing if all you do is collecting.
A teacher teaches, and a student learns. Learning requires effort. Merely memorizing a word or a phrase would get you nowhere. If you don't try putting these into sentences, when the exam comes, you only remember the words, but you would not know how to use them correctly. The result, you have a totally incoherent sentence filled with these words and phrases. What good is using these words and phrases when your sentence is not even in "English"?
So get off your butts and start practicing by writing sentences with these words and phrases. Have someone check your sentences for you. Keep trying and never be satisfied until you can write single sentences in proper English.
