  Taking a case of my own ,when I came into the college ,I was very industrious because I wanted to pass the CET-6 earlier .Ultimately , I hit my target .I was so delighted that stopped studying English ever since until my English teacher sincerely gave me a lesson :” CET-6 is not your ending purpose , you must have a higher and infinite goal . if you want to study English well . Passing the CET-6 is a new jumping-off point . English study like going upstream . if we don’t do our best ,we will back up .” Now , I understand thoroughly the principals of the sentence “the end is a new start for the aggressive person “
  In one word , if you only notice transitory success , you won’t make a further progress . On the contrary , you will have a access to a glourious future .

The cartoon symbolically depicts how three sons and a daughter treat their old, helpless father .Their poor father is considered as a football who wears rags. They are all fear that the “football” will be kicked into their own door by other ones, this is the reason why they are all preoccupied to fix their eyes on the” trouble football”.
I am very sad to see this social phenomenon, but it exists really .Taking care of our aged parents who have lost the ability to lead their life is our obligatory responsibility, meanwhile ,the government also make some laws to protect these seniors. Our parents bring us up, they devote theirselves to give us a better life, they give us food, clothes; bring us to have education ,however ,we become adults while they are old, at this time you are reluctant to maintain them, it isn’t conscientious. Even your parents you also do not love, who you can love?
To eradicate this bad phenomenon needs the whole society’s efforts. We can wage a campaign which is named “seek for your conscience” to educate all the sons and daughters like this. On the other hand, the senior citizens must have to protect their rights by law means.

The football is not the one wearing rags. This is known as a "misplaced modifier." (Even well educated native speakers make this kind of mistake occasionally.)  Correction: ...the poor father, in rages, is being treated as a football.
